Accommodation Terms & Conditions:
- Confirmation of Bookings are made by advance payment: that is full payment in advance to secure all bookings under $500 and for long weekends or special events, for bookings where total tariff is $500 and over a Deposit of 50 per cent may be paid on booking and final 50 per cent paid on arrival.
- Cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days incur 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations or amendments are made by contacting our office tori@producers.net.au, phone +61 08 8323 0060, or 0434 008 046.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or equipment during your stay. A cleaning fee will be incurred if any part of the property is left in an inappropriate manner. Valid credit card details must be provided.
- The number of guests must not exceed bed capacity.
