Spend a relaxing day at Producers Cellars and find out a bit more about yeast.  Bread, Wine, Cheese and Beer.  Share hands-on activities, discussion and lunch in an intimate afternoon dedicated to the wonders of yeast.

Try your hand at making some fresh cheese.  Share a Cheese Board lunch in an intimate, relaxing afternoon of Cheese.

Bookings Essential - only 10 places available

Includes:

  • Hosted hands-on cheesemaking - Learn to make Camembert, Fetta and Ricotta in a group setting. This course is tailored to the beginner, with no prior knowledge required. Cheeses made are matured and returned to the participants after around 5 weeks. Content is sufficient to enable patrons to make a broad range of cheeses at home.
  • $185 per person includes Producers' Shared Table four course lunch with wines.

  • Yeast: Curd, Bread and Wine [June and July]
  • Cheesemaker: Make your own Cheese [Each Month]
  • Oranges & Lemons: Preserving [June to September]
  • Apples: Cider, Vinegar and Juice [June to August]
  • All About Quince: Jelly, Paste, Pickled, Poached and Baked [March to May]
  • Vinegar: making your own at home, inlcudes Verjuice and Vincotto [Each Month]
