  • 2006 Shiraz - a dark classic McLaren Vale deep rich flavours with chocolate, plums and berries. Matured 18months in four year old French oak before bottling.
  • 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - a mouthful of blackberries with elegant structure and a hint of capsicum.
  • 2006 Grenache is a lovely fleshy wine full of chocolate and rich sour cherries.
  • 2007 Grenache Rose just too good - well we only made 50 litres but this perfect crisp fruity food wine just disappeared, with a few guests we drank it all before bottling so this is just a tease to remind you to ask for the 09 Rose early.
  • 2007 & 08 Shiraz and Cabernet aging in Oak barrels.
  • 2009 Wally's Block Riesling just bottled.
  • 2008 Wally's Block Rielsing is a stellar wine with the perfect balance of acidity and fruit.
  • 2007 Wally's Block Riesling fruit flavour highlighted this year
  • 2006 Wally's Block Riesling delightful flinty full European style with a crisp dry finish, aging beautifully - rated number 1 favourite by guests! (only available to guests staying on site)
  • 2008 Cleve Block Fortified Shiraz - still in the fermentation tanks but already conjures chocolate, wood fires and conversation.

Producers Farm Produce

  • 2008 Verjuice - we're loving cooking with both and you can take some  home if you like (1 bottle per guest).
  • 2008 Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil - pressed in April and it is a flavour packed harvest, peppery, fruity and delicious....this just won a Bronze Medal at the Fleurieu Olive Awards.
  • 2008 Quince crop is a good one with lightly scented Quince Jelly and tangy Quince Paste on the menu, along with Poached, Preserved and Pickled.
  • Fig & Almond Jam
  • Mulberry & Nectarine Jam
  • Nectarine Chutney
  • Pear Relish
  • Pickled Olives - Frantoio, Spanish Queen and Kalamata
  • 2008 Apple Cider is a zesty refreshing drink and just asks for a soft mould camembert for complete heaven.
