• 2007 Wally's Block Riesling fruit flavour highlighted this year
• 2008 Cleve Block Fortified Shiraz - still in the fermentation tanks but already conjures chocolate, wood fires and conversation.

• Verjuice - we're loving cooking with both and you can take some  home if you like (1 bottle per guest).
• Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil - pressed on site and it is a flavour packed harvest, peppery, fruity and delicious.
• Quince Jelly and tangy Quince Paste on the menu, along with Poached, Preserved and Pickled.
